As we try to invite change in how we use our body, it's useful to remember that we think in images. So, rather than trying to 'get it right' or 'fix the problem', invite the thought of an image.
You might find an animal useful to give you length or volume. You might find the idea of being on the bottom of the ocean in semi-supine gives you the weight to release.
Everyone has different images that work for them, and the images that work for you may change over time. It's all about experimenting and playing.
