Find your feet
A lot of us are feeling ourselves being swept up in the rush of life at the moment, which can leave us with no sense of where our feet are.
In order to find the 'up' we need to allow our spine to lengthen, we must have the 'down' of our feet into the ground. The two directions work together.
So, take a moment to really notice the bottom of your feet. Find the three points of balance (the heel, the ball of the big toe and the ball of the little toe) and let your weight be distributed evenly. Let the strength of the ground beneath your feet give you the 'up' and 'down' that your spine needs.
